We mill large structures up to multi-ton assemblies, with 5-axis capability for complex geometry. Our maximum working envelope is [DIMENSIONS] and [X] tonnes. If your part is close to that limit, send the drawing and we'll confirm within a day.
CAN YOU DO BOTH ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING?
Yes — that's the whole point of TMF. We design, simulate and validate, then manufacture in the same company. Most clients use both. Some use only one. Either works, and nothing is lost in the handover when you use both.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GIVE ME A QUOTE?
A drawing or 3D model, the material, tolerances, quantity and your target date. If you only have a concept, send that instead — we'll tell you what's still missing. Enquiries with a drawing attached get answered fastest.
